Sometimes when we are in crisis or experiencing painful or difficult circumstances we may need someone other than a friend or relative to talk through a particular problem. Even though friends or family try to be loving and supportive we often find we need more focused help.
I offer a safe and confidential space from my therapy rooms, online (via Zoom) or by telephone. Together we will explore your concerns so you can freely voice thoughts and feelings regarding your personal difficulties. Connecting with your inner resources afresh, you may find new perspectives and a way forward.
